One of the most popular podcasters on the planet, Joe Rogan has signed a new $250 million Spotify deal that will allow him to post his podcasts on X (formerly Twitter). Moreover, the deal will also allow Rogan to post content from his The Joe Rogan Experience program across YouTube and other platforms.
According to reports, the new multi-year deal includes an upfront minimum guarantee alongside a revenue-sharing agreement. Since 2020, the podcast has been available exclusively on Spotify. However, the new deal will allow the program to be widely distributed.

Within the modern content creation and podcaster landscape, there are few names with as much acclaim as Joe Rogan. The UFC commentator and former Fear Factor host averages around 11 million listeners per episode. Subsequently, his value as a notable voice is impossible to understate.
As his current contract is set to expire, Joe Rogan has signed a brand new $250 million deal with Spotify that will allow his podcast to stream on X. Indeed, the new agreement will alter the exclusivity of The Joe Rogan Experience. Specifically, allowing the program to be viewed on platforms like YouTube.

The Wall Street Journal reported the new agreement that includes a revenue-sharing agreement regarding ad sales. In 2020, Rogan signed a $200 million deal with Spotify that granted them exclusive rights to the show. Toping podcast charts for his engaging dialogues with celebrities, academics, and entertainers, it remains perhaps the most popular podcast available.
A Spotify spokesperson said the company will work with Joe to “continue to maximize the audience of the show across platforms.” Throughout the history of the show- which first started in 2009- Rogan has had a list of notable guests. Among them are individuals like Elon Musk, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Quentin Tarantino, and Mike Tyson.
